Simmons and White, Inc., Civil Engineering Scholarship

In November of 2024, Simmons and White, Inc., announced to The Citadel Foundation its intention to establish the endowed Simmons and White, Inc., Civil Engineering Scholarship. Simmons and White, Inc., is a private engineering consulting firm with offices in West Palm Beach, Florida, and Charleston, South Carolina. The primary purpose of the endowed Simmons and White, Inc., Civil Engineering Scholarship is to provide financial resources to support cadets majoring in civil engineering who are interested in pursuing a career in land development consulting. Recipients should be U.S. citizens. As a valuable part of their engineering education, and to prepare for successful careers by gaining skills and proficiencies beyond the classroom, recipients are encouraged to pursue internships with land development consulting firms.
