Judge Falcon Hawkins, '58 Scholarship

The Judge Falcon Hawkins, ’58 Scholarship fund was established in 2009 by Joel W. Collins, Jr. to honor the memory and service of The Honorable Falcon Hawkins. Award preference is for veteran students or active duty MECEP and STA-21 Navy students with demonstrated financial need and who have a minimum GPA of 2.0.
