Paul Trapier Palmer Scholarship

The Paul Trapier Palmer Scholarship was initiated in 1986 as the result of a contribution from Stephen Palmer Dowdney, The Citadel Class of 1967. The fund is named in memory of Mr. Dowdney’s grandfather, a member of The Citadel Class of 1908. Scholarships are available to seniors in need of financial aid who possess attributes in accord with the high standards of The Citadel.
