J.O. Estes Scholarship

The J.O. Estes Scholarship was initiated in 1978 as the result of a contribution from J.O. Estes, a friend of The Citadel. Scholarships are available to needy cadets from Anderson or Greenville Counties, South Carolina, who possess attributes in accord with the high standards of The Citadel. The first award was made in 1979.
