Edward McClam Foxworth Scholarship

The Edward McClam Foxworth Scholarship was initiated in 1982 as the result of contributions from his wife, Mrs. Ruth G. Foxworth. The fund is named in memory of Edward McClam Foxworth, The Citadel Class of 1931. Scholarships are available to young men with outstanding high school records and financial need, who are citizens of the state of South Carolina. Cadets must possess attributes in accord with the high standards of The Citadel. The first award was made in 1984.
