Richard C. Roberts Scholarship

The Richard C. Roberts Scholarship was established from the estate of Mrs. Mildred Parker Roberts in memory of her husband, Richard Creech Roberts, Jr., The Citadel Class of 1951. The scholarship is awarded on a continuing basis to individuals who are residents of South Carolina and have been residents for at least ten years. The first award was made in 1995.
