LTC Clark Williams Memorial Scholarship

The LTC Clark Williams Memorial Scholarship was established in 1998 by Dr. J. Herbert Moore, The Citadel Class of 1943, and LTC Charles E. Limbird, The Citadel Class of 1944, in memory of LTC Clark Williams. In awarding the scholarship, preference will be given to applicants from South Carolina, North Carolina, and Arkansas. The award shall be made to an entering freshman and will be renewed for each of four years, provided the cadet’s record at The Citadel reflects high standards. The first award was made in 2000.
