Casual Cats Spirit Scholarship

The Casual Cats Spirit Scholarship was initiated in 2007 by Mark and Barbara Lee (parents), Natalie C. Lee (widow), and Jane Lee Scott and Jeremy S. Scott (sister and brother in law) in memory of Stephen Edward Lee, The Citadel Class of 2001. The primary purpose of the Casual Cats Scholarship is to provide funds to support cadets with demonstrated need within Charlie Company, with first preference given to seniors. Recipients should hold rank or be involved in extracurricular activities, possess leadership and mentoring skills, and possess a positive, encouraging personality. The first award was made in 2009.
