Colonel J. Quincy Collins, Citadel Class of 1953, Scholarship

The Colonel J. Quincy Collins, Citadel Class of 1953, Scholarship was established in 1999 by Dr. Joseph Newsom, Citadel Class of 1953, and named in honor of Colonel J. Quincy Collins, former President of The Citadel Alumni Association and retired U.S. Air Force officer. Scholarships are available to Air Force ROTC junior or senior cadets interested in a career in the U.S. Air Force. Recipients will be chosen by The Citadel’s Professor of Aerospace Studies. The first award was made in 2002.
