Russell H. "Rusty" Stout, Jr., '68, Scholarship

The primary purpose of the Russell H. “Rusty” Stout, Jr., ’68, Scholarship is to provide financial support for civil engineering students with demonstrated financial need. In years when no civil engineering student qualifies for the scholarship, the award will be returned to the endowment. Rusty Stout was a graduate of the Class of 1968 and was a beloved professor of engineering for most of his career.
