Niall Gannon Scholarship

The Niall Gannon Scholarship was established in 2001 by a gift made by Niall J. Gannon, The Citadel Class of 1990, in memory of his classmate, CPT Milton Palmer, USA. The scholarship endowment will provide funds for a member of the Pipe Band at the discretion of the Pipe Band Director. The first award was made in 2006.
