Mamie Gulledge Lybrand Harley Scholarship

The Mamie Gulledge Lybrand Harley Scholarship was established in 1993 by a generous gift from Mamie G.L. Harley. Mrs. Harley also established the Jacob Clyde Lybrand Scholarship in 1974 in memory of her husband. The recipient of the scholarship should have financial need and possess those attributes of ability, character, temperament, and personality in accord with the traditionally high standards of The Citadel. The first award was made in 1999.
