Jonas S. and Neal C. Heiss Scholarship

The J S & N C Heiss Scholarship was established by the estate of Mrs. Heiss, who died in 1991, in honor ofher husband, Col. Jonas S. Heiss, The Class of 1926, who died in December 1990. The scholarship is given to male natives of South Carolina with financial need. The first award was made in 1995.
