Howard Family Scholarship

The Howard Family Scholarship was initiated in June 2007 by Richard Howard in honor of the Howard family legacy at The Citadel. In the last century and a half, more than five generations of Howards have attended The Citadel. The Howard family legacy at The Citadel includes an appreciation of higher education, history of military service and success in a wide variety of professional endeavors. The first award was made in 2009.
