James E. Jones, Jr., Scholarship

The James E. Jones Jr., Scholarship was established in 1997 by Paul C. Aughtry, III, The Citadel Class of 1971, in honor of Col. James E. Jones, Jr., The Citadel Class of 1958 and former Chairman of The Citadel Board of Visitors. Beneficiaries shall possess those attributes of ability, character, temperament, and personality that are in accord with traditionally high standards of The Citadel. The first award was made in 2009.
