R. Weldon Mann, III, Scholarship

The R. Weldon Mann, III, Scholarship was initiated by Susan H. and Richard W. Mann, Jr., in memory of Mr. Mann’s father and in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Mann’s son, R. Weldon Mann, III, The Citadel Class of 1995. Scholarships are available to a cadet who is possessed of the attributes of ability, character, temperament, and personality that are in accord with traditionally high standards of The Citadel. Preference shall be given to graduates of the Marine Military Academy in Harligen, Texas, then to out-of-state students. The first award was made in 2000.
