Zelma G. Palestrant Scholarship

The Zelma G. Palestrant Scholarship was established in 1994 by family and friends in memory of Zelma G. Palestrant, former director of The Citadel Daniel Library. Recipients should possess those attributes of ability, character, temperament, and personality that are in accord with the traditionally high standards of The Citadel. The first award was made in 2000.
