Charles A. Young, '98, Term Scholarship

In October of 2023, CAPT Charles A. Young, USN, ’98, announced to The Citadel Foundation the intent to establish the non-endowed Charles A. Young, ’98, Term Scholarship. The primary purpose of the non-endowed Charles A. Young, ’98, Term Scholarship is to provide financial resources to support cadets from the Upstate of South Carolina who have demonstrated financial need. In years in which no qualified students meet the geographic preference, the award shall be available to cadets from anywhere in South Carolina who have demonstrated financial need.
