Billye H. Mann and Thomas J. Mann, '48, Scholarship

In October of 2015, The Citadel Foundation established the Billye H. Mann and Thomas J. Mann, ‘48, Scholarship on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. Mann. As members of the Star of the West Society and The Citadel Legacy Society, Mr. and Mrs. Mann have long supported The Citadel’s commitment to principled leadership and its core values of honor, duty, and respect. The Mann’s previous philanthropic support includes gifts to The Citadel Cadet Scholarship Relief fund, the Academic Endowment, and unrestricted support of The Citadel through gifts to The Citadel Fund and The Citadel War Memorial. The primary purpose of this endowment is to provide scholarship support for cadets demonstrating financial need.
