In October of 2019, Dr. and Mrs. Christopher C. Swain, ’81, announced to The Citadel Foundation their intention to establish the endowed LTC Harvey M. Dick, USA, ’53, Scholarship. The primary purpose of the LTC Harvey M. Dick, USA, ’53, Scholarship is to assist a cadet or cadets who have demonstrated financial need.
