COL Thomas H. Brett, USA, Ret., '63, Army ROTC Scholarship

In October of 2020, COL Thomas H. Brett, USA, Ret., ’63, announced to The Citadel Foundation his intention to establish the endowed COL Thomas H. Brett, USA, Ret., ’63, Army ROTC Scholarship. The primary purpose of the COL Thomas H. Brett, USA, Ret., ’63, Army ROTC Scholarship is to provide funds to support an annual award to a cadet qualifying for the Army ROTC Scholarship Program at The Citadel. Eligible candidates will have been accepted to The Citadel and will have been awarded an ROTC scholarship by the United States Army with the intent to sign an Army contract.
