Sherard Mathematics Scholarship

In April of 2021, Dr. Wade H. Sherard, III, ’66, announced to The Citadel Foundation the intention to establish the endowed Sherard Mathematics Scholarship. The primary purpose of the Sherard Mathematics Scholarship is to provide financial resources to support cadets who are majoring in mathematics. In years in which no students enrolled meet this academic major preference, the award shall be available to any cadet whose academic major is housed within the Swain Family School of Science and Mathematics.
