Dr. Joseph S. Bienstock, '48, and Phyllis R. Bienstock Scholarship

In March of 2021, Dr. Bienstock, ’48, announced to The Citadel Foundation the intention to establish the endowed Dr. Joseph S. Bienstock, ’48, and Phyllis R. Bienstock Scholarship. The primary purpose of the Dr. Joseph S. Bienstock, ’48, and Phyllis R. Bienstock Scholarship is to provide funds to support students within the South Carolina Corps of Cadets who have demonstrated financial need and who are under an ROTC contract with one of the branches of the United States military.
