Britt T. Poston, '86, Memorial Scholarship

In October of 2021, Mrs. Elizabeth B. Poston announced to The Citadel Foundation the intention to establish the endowed Britt T. Poston, ’86, Memorial Scholarship. The primary purpose of the Britt T. Poston, ’86, Memorial Scholarship is to provide financial resources to support cadets, with first preference given to residents of the Pee Dee region of South Carolina (Darlington, Dillon, Florence, Georgetown, Marion, Marlboro, and Williamsburg counties). In years in which no qualified candidates meet the geographic preference, the scholarship is available to cadets from the state of South Carolina.
