Class of 1981 Cyber Security and Intelligence and Security Studies Scholarship

In August of 2022, The Citadel Class of 1981 announced to The Citadel Foundation the intention to establish the endowed Class of 1981 Cyber Security and Intelligence and Security Studies Scholarship. The primary purpose of the Class of 1981 Cyber Security and Intelligence and Security Studies Scholarship is to provide financial resources to support members of the South Carolina Corps of Cadets who are pursuing a B.S. degree in Cyber Operations or Intelligence and Security Studies and who desire to pursue an ROTC scholarship or contract with a branch of the U.S. military upon graduation. The Class’s intention is that the fund be used as a tool to recruit and retain high-quality students to these programs, and with that in mind, the scholarship shall be used to make sizable award amounts to qualified candidates.
