D. Graham Copeland, Class of 1903, Scholarship

The primary purpose of the D. Graham Copeland, Class of 1903, Scholarship is to provide financial resources to support cadets, with first preference given to graduates of St. Labre Indian School in Ashland, Montana or students of Seminole Native American descent from Collier County, Florida; in years in which no students meet such preferences, or if such preferences become illegal or clearly contrary to public policy, the scholarship shall be available to any cadet, with consideration given to financial need.
