Crystal Ouzts Stone Memorial Scholarship

In April of 2023, Col and Mrs. Wayne O. Ouzts, ’79, announced to The Citadel Foundation the intention to establish the endowed Crystal Ouzts Stone Memorial Scholarship. The primary purpose of the Crystal Ouzts Stone Memorial Scholarship is to provide financial resources to support cadets who are residents of Johnston, South Carolina. In years in which no students meet the geographic criteria, the scholarship shall be available to cadets from Edgefield County, South Carolina. In years in which no students meet the Johnston, South Carolina, or Edgefield County, South Carolina criteria, the scholarship shall be available to cadets from the state of South Carolina.
