Donald J. Hockenbury, '39, Scholarship

The primary purpose of the Donald J. Hockenbury, ’39, Scholarship is to provide financial resources to support cadets in the pre-law program who are from the following counties in North Carolina: New Hanover, Onslow, Brunswick, and Pender. In years in which no qualified student meets the first geographic preference, the award shall be available to cadets in the pre-law program from the states of Delaware and New Jersey. In the years in which no qualified students meet the first two geographic preferences, the award shall be available to cadets in the pre-law program who are from South Carolina. Consideration shall be given to financial need.
