Samuel S. Morton, '85, Scholarship

In December of 2023, Mrs. Myra F. Morton, announced to The Citadel Foundation the intention to establish the endowed Samuel S. Morton, ’85, Scholarship. The primary purpose of the Samuel S. Morton, ’85, Scholarship is to provide financial resources to support cadets who are majoring in English. In years in which no student meets the first preference, the scholarship shall be available to any cadet whose major falls within the School of Humanities and Social Sciences.
