Kaye and Johnny Wallace Piper Scholarship

In March of 2024, Mr. and Mrs. John A. Wallace, Jr. announced to The Citadel Foundation the intention to establish the endowed Kaye and Johnny Wallace Piper Scholarship. The primary purpose of the Kaye and Johnny Wallace Piper Scholarship is to provide financial resources to support pipers in The Citadel Regimental Pipe Band. In years in which no piper can be identified to receive the award, second preference shall be given to any member of the Regimental Band. If at some point scholarship monies are no longer needed for the Band, the balance of the fund shall be transferred to the Regimental Band and Pipes Discretionary fund.
